Leading Team
Leading Construction consists of three full-time employees (Owner, Office Manager, and Project Manager). Additional assistance will be acquired on a part-time basis and/or through the use of consultants, specifically in legal matters.
The company’s management is highly experienced and qualified: the management team have each accumulated over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. The company’s management philosophy is based on responsibility and an attention to detail. Leading Construction will maintain an environment and structure that will encourage productivity and respect for customers, employees and subcontractors.
The company is planning to expand its personnel to add more employees and subcontractors as soon as the number of projects increases. These subcontractors will have the following duties:
- Direct supervision of all work at the job sites
- Quality Control
- Scheduling material deliveries
- Verifying and insuring that all work is done in accordance with plans
- Insuring that all work is performed in accordance with all OSHA guidelines
Management
Roopesh Gayadin – CEO
Roopesh is the CEO and founder of Leading Construction Corp. Roopesh has worked in the field over 20 years and has extended experience working and overseeing projects which have led to receiving an exceptional safety record. Roopehs’s reputation for being detailed and completing projects with a high-quality finish has forged and maintained recurring clients and business relationships. Roopeshh is a native of Guyana and enjoys spending time with his children and his extended family.
Devita Gayadin – Office Manager
Devita is the Office Manager for Leading Construction Corp. Her primary function is to manage and streamline office operations, improve performance and productivity in addition to preparing, monitoring and managing finances respective to the company. She excels at cultivating relationships.
Nitesh K. Parihar – Project Manager
Nitesh Parihar is the Project Manager for Leading Construction and is responsible for ensuring that all projects are constructed to specification, completed in a timely and efficient manner, and priced competitively with consideration of our clients. Nitesh prides himself on his professional demeanor when working with clients and vendors alike. His personal ambitions coincide directly with Leading Construction’s desire to provide a comfortable and problem-free environment.
Additionally, Nitesh is charged with delivering on our commitment to provide, execute, and realize the highest standards in ensuring the quality of the projects, the safety of the staff on the jobsite, and collaborating between subcontractors and Leading Construction. Nitesh has honed his craft over the years by continuing to analyze each project and being resolute to completion.
